Carnegie fellows Joshua Fouts and Rita J. King of Dancing Ink Productions have announced an effort devoted to "Understanding Islam through Virtual Worlds." This YouTube video, which shows Fouts and King in the form of their Second Life avatars, invites user-generated content about Muslim identity and community in the form of text comments and response videos.
