I, Barack Hussein Obama

This essay began life as a piece commissioned by the Washington Post about how the Inauguration would be experienced via the Internet. Although it didn't end up running in that historic venue, it did appear as a blog post, before being revised as a multimedia argument for the online peer-reviewed journal Harlot.

Some of these ideas will also be part of an upcoming talk on May 5th that I will be giving at the Berkman Center at Harvard University.
