Curtain Call

In a move to capitalize on recent successes garnering large numbers of views on YouTube and other online video sites, Saturday Night Live has expanded its political web presence to a dedicated website at Elections SNL 2008 in which the comedic doubles of a number of candidates who have been lampooned on the show over the years seem to be simultaneously vying for attention in the current race. Viewers are encouraged to vote on their favorite SNL political impersonation through a progression that supposedly moves from "exploratory committee" to "general primary" to "presidential election." Alas, the games on the site aren't terrible original, since they are limited to standard whack-a-mole fare.
